- China Connection will not be responsible for any loss, delay nor damage in delivery of your visa package due to unexpected events.
- Service fees are non- refundable, even if the visa request is denied by the embassy or canceled/changed by the applicant.
- Applicant owns the responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in the visa applications. China Connection shall not be responsible for the delay or deny in issuance of visa therefore.
- Applicant acknowledges the processing time listed thereafter is estimated. Actual processing time is decided by the embassy or its official representative. Please verify with us directly in case of any uncertainty.
- Applicant acknowledges the mailing time in the visa delivery is not included in the working days provided by China Connection.
- Regarding the one working day service, applicant shall ensure the package arriving in China Connection before 10:00 a.m. of that day.
