Day 1
Arrive in Tokyo
Welcome to Tokyo- the capital of Japan. Tokyo is one of the biggest cities in the world with total population of 12 million!! On arrival, your friendly local tour assistant will welcome you at the exit of customs and assist you in boarding an airport bus to your hotel.

Day 2
Tokyo Sightseeing
In the morning, your English-speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Tokyo Tower Observatory. This tower is 333m tall, making it the world’s highest self-supporting steel tower and the tallest man-made structure in Japan. We will then stop by Imperial Palace Plaza, located on the former site of Edo Castle and now is the residence of Japan’s Imperial family. Later, we will visit Asakusa Kannon Temple & Nakamise Shopping Arcade, one of the oldest shopping streets in Japan. This 300 m long arcade will take you to Sensoji Temple (also known as Asakusa Kannon Temple) was completed in 645, making it Tokyo’s oldest temple. Driving through Ginza, Japan’s most famous up-market shopping & entertaining district, we will visit world renowned Tasaki Pearl Gallery. This gallery has welcomed many VIPs from all over the world since its opening in 1974, where you can wander around the isle of pearls and explore all aspect of pearl culture and production. After Western-style lunch, we will take a remarkable Tokyo Bay Cruise on luxurious cruise, passing under Rainbow Bridge and by Odaiba, often called New Tokyo with many of contemporary unique buildings. After the cruise, we will actually stop by Odaiba to explore the area. This man made island has become very famous spot to young Japanese for shopping, and relaxing at the Odaiba Park. Today’s tour will be ended at your hotel. [L]

Day 3
Tokyo/Nikko/Tokyo
You will take a day trip to Nikko on this day. In the morning, your guide will pick you up at your hotel and move to Nikko by bus. Nikko Toshogu Shrine is part of the “Shrines and Temples of Nikkō”, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Toshogu is the mausoleum of Tokugawa Ieyasu, founder of the Tokugawa shogunate, which ruled Japan for over 250 years until 1868. This Shrine was completed in 1636 by Tokugawa Iemitsu, the third Tokugawa Shogun. A panel above the stable for the sacred horse bears the carving of three monkeys referred to as “See no Evil, Speak no Evil, and Hear no Evil.” After a Japanese style lunch, you will take a scenic driving through Irohazaka, which includes the uphill road and down hill road, with a total of 48 hairpin curves. This drive will provide visitors with fantastic breathtaking views of Lake Chuzenji and Kegon Water fall on the way. Lake Chuzenji (Chuzenjiko) is a beautiful lake with forested shores at the foot of the sacred volcano Mt. Nantai and was formed by lava flows of the now extinct volcano several thousand years ago. It is also known for its extraordinary depth, the deepest point measuring 161.5m. Kegon Water Fall is one of the largest water falls in Japan, about 96.3m in height. Now you will head back to Tokyo and today’s tour will disband on arrival on Shinjuku or Ginza. Both cities are the centers of Sleepless mammoth city Tokyo, where hundreds of exciting things going on throughout the night….. [L]

Day 4
Tokyo/Mt. Fuji/Hakone
In the morning, your English-speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel. Today, we will take an excursion to Mt. Fuji and Hakone! Mt. Fuji’s exceptionally symmetrical cone is a well-known symbol of Japan, and it is the highest mountain in Japan at 3776m.  The first stop will be the Fuji Visitor Center, which gives you comprehensive information on Mt. Fuji including geographic features, distribution of plants & animals, the history of Mt. Fuji & its 5 lakes and a variety of art works associated to Mt. Fuji.  You will then reach to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station, located at an altitude of 2305m and is the highest accessible point by vehicle.  After eating Japanese style lunch with your group, you will take an exciting cruise on beautiful scenic Lake Ashi, formed in the caldera of Mt. Hakone after the volcano's last eruption 3000 years ago. If the weather condition is good enough, you will get a clear view of Mr. Fuji. Late afternoon, we will ride a Cable car up to Mt. Komagatake, commanding a view of Mt. Fuji, Lake Ashi, Mt. Futago and mountains of the distant Izu Peninsula. Tonight, you will stay in Hakone. [L]

Day 5
Hakone/Kyoto/Nara/Kyoto
From Odawara Station in Hakone, you will take Kodama, bullet train at the highest speed exceeding 300km/h to Kyoto station, and will  arrive in Kyoto, Japanese old capital with numerous heritage sites…….. After Buffet style lunch, you will move to Nara, a fascinating ancient city as well. Todaiji is one of the most famous and significant temples constructed in 752 in Japan, and the landmark of Nara. Not only is this temple housing Japan’s largest Buddha stature, but it is also the world’s largest wooden building, even though only the two thirds of the original size was remained at the time of reconstruction in 1692. You will enjoy the encountering tamed wild deer in Nara Park where accommodate Todaiji. Kasuga Shrine, the Shinto shrine in the city, will be the last stop for the day. It is located in a forest and welcomes tourists with tranquility and sanctity feeling. The interior is famous for many bronze lanterns, as well as the many stone lanterns that lead up the shrine. You will then head back to Kyoto and stay at hotel in Kyoto. [L]

Day 6
Kyoto 1 day sightseing
Monuments of ancient Kyoto are under UNESCO world heritage sites. In the morning, you will take exciting tours to some of those UNESCO architectures including Nijo Castle, Golden Pavilion and Kyoto Imperial Palace.  Nijo Castle was built by Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu, a leader of united Japan as his residence in Kyoto. Built as a power base of Shogun Ieyasu, the castle was completed in 1603 with the huge walls, moats, beautiful gardens and towers exude military might.  Golden Pavilion, known as Kinkakuji, was built as a new residence for a retired shogun, Ashikaga Yoshimits in Muromachi Era (1336-1573). After his death in 1408, it converted into Zen temple.  Kyoto Imperial Palace, also known as Kyoto Gosho, used to be the residence of Japan's Imperial Family until 1868, when the emperor and capital were moved from Kyoto to Tokyo, called Edo at that time. It is located in the spacious Kyoto Imperial Park in the center of Kyoto city. After buffet style lunch, you will continue on the tour in Kyoto to visit fascinating places, Heian Shrine, Sanjusangendo and Kiyomizu Temple. Heian Shrine was built in 1895 on the occasion of the 1,100th anniversary of the Heian Capital foundation. It is dedicated to Emperor Kammu, the founder of Kyoto, and the Emperor Komei, the last emperor in Kyoto. Sanjusangendo is famous for its 1030 standing Buddhist statues in the main hall. A part of the name of this temple, “Sanjusan”, means 33, and the number 33 is of symbolic importance in Buddhism, because the Bodhisattava Kannon incarnates in 33 different shapes in its missions of mercy. And one of the most famous temples in Japan is Kiyomizu Temple, founded in 778 and associated with the Hoso sect, one of the oldest sects within Japanese Buddhism. Kiyomizu Temple stands in the wooded hills of eastern Kyoto and offers visitors a nice view over the city from its famous wooden terrace. Day 7
Kyoto/Hiroshima/Kyoto
Enjoy one day trip to Hiroshima from Kyoto. Your assistant will pick you up at your hotel, and take you to Kyoto Station, where you will take Shinkansen, bullet train to Hiroshima. After two hours of comfortable ride, you will transfer to bus and then ferry to get to strikingly beautiful Miyajima island, where accommodate Itsukushima Shrine, one of the UNESCO’s world heritages.  Miyajima has been celebrated as a sacred island and a holy place of Shintonism since the earliest times. The first shrine here was built in the 6th century, and the present shrine dates back from the 12th century. The shrine plays on the contrasts in colour and form between mountains and sea and illustrates the Japanese concept of scenic beauty, which combines nature and human creativity. And Istukushima, which together with its large wooden red torii (gate), stands in the ocean during high tide. You will then move to Hiroshima City to visit Peace Memorial Park/A Bomb Dome. A Bomb Dome was built by Hiroshima, the first city to suffer an atomic bombing at result of more than 140, 000 deaths, to symbolize its wishes for everlasting peace. The Peace Memorial Museum graphically displays the atomic bomb's horrible effects on the city and its inhabitants for the promotion to the peaceful world. In the evening, you will take a Shinkansen back to Kyoto.

Day 8
Kyoto/Tokyo
Free at leisure in Kyoto. There are so many places to look around and so many shops to buy great souvenirs in Kyoto!!! Options are countless…Late afternoon, around 5pm, you will take a bus to Kyoto Station where again you will take Shinkansen back to Tokyo.

Day 9
Depart Tokyo                                                                                         
You will enjoy free at leisure until departure. Departure time will be announced to your hotel on the day before departure. Our assistant will meet you at your hotel and assist you in boarding an airport bust to Narita Airport for flight to your sweet home.
