• Prices are effective from March 31, 2008 to April 02, 2009 in Canadian dollars and are subject to change due to currency fluctuation.
• Our package rate for 2008-2009 includes the fuel surcharges but the Fuel Surcharges for domestic flights might be timely changed. The fuel surcharge in the package price is based on the price of May 28, 2007. If the fuel surcharge is increased, we will inform you while it is informed.
• Hotels and flights listed in our programs are subject to change due to un-foreseen reasons and we reserve the right to use similar hotels and flights.
• Entrance fees for all the sightseeing listed in each program are based on Government published fees, which are subject to change.
• We reserves the right to cancel certain departures, if some big events take place, such as F-1 Race and some big conferences in Shanghai and Beijing, whose dates are un-certain now.
• Please note that our special programs are operated as “join-in tours” or “Seat-in Coach Tours”, not private tours. We group passengers who signed up for the same tour together and only local guide service is provided in each city. Passengers may come from different English speaking countries, such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada & America. Each group size may vary from 6-36 passengers. For ethnic Yunnan, Lijiang, Shangri-La, Tibet, Silk Road, Zhangjiajie, Jiuzhaigou, Yellow Mountain, the tour group size will be within 26 people.
• For fully escorted tours, we require 20 passengers signing up on the same departure to qualify for a national guide.
• Our price is based on 2 travellers minimum arriving/departing on the dates listed in each program. A single traveler can be accepted, if the requested departure date has other passengers signed up, and the rate for this single passenger will be: package rate + single supplement + CAD $39 (for the difference of arrival & departure transfers).
• Each departure will be closed 20 days prior to arrival date. Please check with us to see if space is still available for late bookings within 20 days. Meanwhile, additional CAD $39 per person will be charged for late booking as special handling fee.
• Additional CAD$35 per person will be charged for the separate arrival/departure transfer for those who need our service but do not arrive or depart on our arrival/departure date.
• Hotel rate is based on twin-sharing in all hotels (2 persons sharing a twin bedded room). Price for a triple room is the same as twin sharing (a roll-away bed will be added in a twin room to form a triple room in all hotels in China). Request for double room or connecting rooms depends on availability at each hotel.
• Extra night request is upon confirmation, and our rate also includes breakfast at the hotel. Other hotels may be used for the extra nights, if the requested hotel can not be confirmed. We will keep you informed, should this change occurs.
• Special meal request is not available on this program.
• Our rates do not include any personal expenses such as phone calls, laundry, mini-bar consumption and room service that some clients may order in the hotel. Gratuities to guides, drivers and porters are on clients’ satisfaction.
• We will not be able to provide the transfer service if wrong arrival information is provided or if passengers changed their flight without noticing us or if they missed their original flight.
• There is no free of charge and further discount for children under 12 years old.
• There is no refund for the unused services, such as meals and transfers in the package that passengers missed due to their own problems.
